I received my Master's of Science in Nutrition at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, deepening my education of the powerful heal properties of food and food as medicine.
I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's Health Coach Training Program.
During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, innovative coaching methods, biochemistry of food, cultural and traditional wisdom, medical nutrition therapy, food as medicine, lifecycle nutrition and much more with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
My education has, and continues to, equip me with extensive knowledge in functional and holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventative health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make dietary and lifestyle changes for the prevention of chronic disease and cancer, disease management and reversal, weight loss, hormone balancing and detoxification.
