Even though calories do play a role in weight distribution, where the calories come from and how your unique body interacts with them takes far more precedence than a simple in versus out equation.  In Reframing Weight-loss, we explore underlying factors that are contributing to why you are holding onto fat, what the function of fat is in your body, what your psychological relationship is with weight and fat loss, and how to make changes right for you to release the weight for good.  This program is your first step to changing the conversation with your weight so you can live in harmony and thrive in the beautiful body you have!
